Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags, labels, and accessories intact

To initiate a return, please email us at support@zyrrolondon.com or contact our customer care at (+44) 7496 555005 with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Gift cards

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it might take additional time depending on your bank or card provider.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid) will be deducted from your refund.

In case of defective or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by Zyrro London.
